Adrienne Williams
Founder & CEO, Scarritt Group
Adrienne Williams is the visionary Founder and CEO of Scarritt Group Inc., Source 360 Inc., and Scarritt China, leading global clinical trial support through services like investigator meetings, patient concierge services, and virtual solutions.
Her journey began in hospitality, but witnessing her father’s transformation during a Parkinson’s trial ignited a mission to enhance the clinical research experience. Starting from her home 26 years ago, Adrienne expanded Scarritt into an international powerhouse with a 100+ member team, renowned for innovation, excellence, and unmatched service.
In 2025, Adrienne’s passion for animals led to the creation of the Scarritt Foundation, aiming to support 501(c)(3) organizations in rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals, and funding critical veterinary care for pets in families facing financial hardship. This initiative reflects her commitment to strengthening the bond between people and their pets, advocating for a world where all animals can thrive.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Adrienne is dedicated to career development, fostering growth opportunities within her team, and advocating for patients, ensuring clinical trial participants receive the support they deserve.
Outside of work, Adrienne loves time with her children, hiking, fishing, cycling, and art. She’s also caretaker to a diverse menagerie—four dogs, three cats, turtles, snakes, geckos, fish, and a frog. Whether solving client challenges at midnight or rescuing an injured animal on the trail, Adrienne leads with heart, purpose, and a drive to make a difference.

Peter Lahr
Vice President of Operations and Data Privacy Officer
With over two decades of leadership in hospitality and operations, Peter Lahr brings a strategic, results-driven approach to Scarritt Group. Before joining the team, he spent 12 years as Vice President of Food and Beverage at Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas, where he oversaw large-scale operations, procurement, and guest experience innovations. Prior to Atlantis, Peter spent 12 years with Starwood Hotels, holding several senior director roles, including regional oversight of food and beverage procurement, while also serving as Director of Operations at El Conquistador.
At Scarritt Group, Peter plays a critical role in business development, bidding and proposals, account executive management, vendor procurement, and technology-driven operational efficiencies. He continuously refines systems and processes to elevate client outcomes, focusing on cost optimization without compromising value. Peter works directly with clients or through Scarritt Group Account Executives to align strategies with tailored business objectives—whether enhancing scientific content retention, implementing virtual meeting solutions, or leveraging media engagement techniques.
Under Peter’s leadership, every decision at Scarritt Group is guided by one core principle: maximizing client success through innovation, efficiency, and uncompromising quality.

Tony McDonald
Executive Director Global Quality
With a dynamic career spanning over four decades in the hospitality and food & beverage industries, Tony McDonald has built a reputation for excellence in operations, leadership, and guest experience.
Tony began his journey with Westin Hotels, where he spent 13 years managing food and beverage divisions across seven international properties. He then transitioned to the casino resort industry, joining Resorts International Casino in Atlantic City before relocating to Tucson to take on leadership roles at the Sheraton El Conquistador Resort. There, he served as Director of Banquet Operations and later as Food & Beverage Director of the El Conquistador Country Club.
His expertise led him to Las Vegas, where he played a key role in the pre-opening teams for Treasure Island and Bellagio before taking on the role of Director of Food & Beverage at The Mirage. Expanding his experience beyond land-based operations, Tony joined Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a Food & Beverage Director, overseeing large-scale hospitality operations at sea.
In 2005, Tony returned to Tucson to bring his wealth of experience to Scarritt Group, where he continues to drive excellence in event hospitality and operations.

Rachel Goodman
Chief of People
Rachel Goodman joined Scarritt Group in January 2021, bringing over 15 years of expertise in training, leadership development, and organizational strategy. Her career spans both nonprofit and corporate sectors, giving her a well-rounded perspective on driving growth, fostering leadership, and optimizing organizational performance. She has held key roles, including HR Director, Program Director, and Lead Mentor/Trainer, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of human resources, program development, and leadership training.
Rachel holds multiple advanced degrees, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. She earned a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Francis Marion University, an MBA from Southern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Mercy College, and a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.
Her professional credentials further underscore her expertise. She is a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management, and holds a NYC Teacher Certification.

Libby Nicholson
Associate VP of Client Support Services
Libby Nicholson brings a wealth of experience in hospitality and resort management, having spent over a decade with industry leaders such as Starwood and Omni Hotels & Resorts in California, Texas, and Arizona. Her expertise spans Conference Services, Sales, and Revenue Management, giving her a deep understanding of the nuances that drive successful meetings and events. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Commercial Recreation from Arizona State University.
Since joining Scarritt Group in 2003, Libby has been instrumental in shaping the company’s Strategic Sourcing Department, establishing best practices and fostering strong relationships between hotel partners, vendors, and clients. Her leadership ensures seamless collaboration, optimized contracts, and outstanding event execution.
Passionate about knowledge-sharing, Libby takes pride in mentoring colleagues and helping them navigate the evolving landscape of global event planning. Her dedication to excellence and industry insight continue to elevate Scarritt Group’s reputation as a trusted leader in the field.

Edson Ribeiro
Associate Vice President of Operations
Edson Ribeiro brings a wealth of international experience and cultural expertise to our team. Originally from Brazil, he worked for a leading publisher serving South America and the Iberian Peninsula. After relocating to the United States, Edson built an impressive career with respected organizations such as ACS, a contractor for the U.S. Government, Department of Defense, and NASA. His work has spanned information technology, customer service, and recruitment, supporting various government agencies.
In addition to his background in IT and government contracting, Edson gained valuable hospitality experience at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya in New Mexico, where he specialized in Convention Services and Banquets.
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Edson brings deep knowledge of world history, geography, and cultural understanding to our team. He holds a degree in Business Management and Advertising from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, Brazil.

Angela Connor
Executive Director of Finance
With three decades of accounting experience in the hospitality and healthcare industries, Angela Connor brings a deep financial acumen and strategic insight to Scarritt Group. Since joining as Director of Finance in 2023, she has leveraged her expertise to support the company’s mission with precision and efficiency. Having worked with renowned organizations such as Hyatt Hotels, Miraval Resorts, Loews Hotels, Radiology Ltd., and Arizona Oncology, Angela understands the critical role financial stewardship plays in delivering world-class meeting and event solutions.
Angela’s academic background is equally impressive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies and a postbaccalaureate in Accounting from Arizona State University, as well as master’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Keller School of Management. Her diverse experience, analytical mindset, and unwavering dedication help drive Scarritt Group’s commitment to excellence.
Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Angela embraces a global perspective—one that aligns seamlessly with Scarritt Group’s international reach. Now based in Oro Valley, Arizona, she and her family love the area’s natural beauty and easy access to destinations like Sedona and the Grand Canyon. As a devoted wife and mother, she balances her professional expertise with an unwavering commitment to family.
