Adrienne Williams

With almost 15 years of professional experience in hotel operations as well as sales and marketing, Adrienne has spearheaded the Company’s growth efforts and led the organization to a revenue growth rate of more than 35% annually over the last 5 years. Prior to Scarritt, Adrienne held various senior positions at Starwood Hotels, including operations at the Five Star/Five Diamond Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, AZ where she championed the critical elements of these prestigious ratings. Adrienne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University
Peter Lahr
Peter LahrVice President
Before joining Scarritt Group Peter was VP of Food and Beverage, Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas for 12 years. Prior to Atlantis Peter was with Starwood Hotels for 12 years holding several Senior Director positions. Peter’s focus areas include Business Development, Bidding and Proposals, Account Executive Management, Vendor Procurement and Management, Information Technology and Media Applications, and Operations.

Peter works across all areas to continuously evolve systems and processes to raise client benchmark performance levels in quality and efficiency. Ongoing cost cutting in combination with value enhancement for clients is aggressively pursued under Peter’s direction. Peter will work directly with clients or through Scarritt Group Account Executives on tailored company specific objectives and goals such as scientific content retention, virtual meeting options, and media engagement techniques. Under Peter’s direction all decisions made at Scarritt Group must benefit the client.

Chris Galjour
Chris GaljourChief Financial Officer
With almost 20 years of direct experience in the hospitality sector, Chris has become an expert on hotel and vendor billing, contract negotiations, and billing and control systems. In his time at Scarritt, Chris has been instrumental in developing and maintaining financial statements and forecasts, authoring company policies and procedures manuals, and developing billing and control systems to ensure that all pass through costs are appropriately billed to clients. Prior to Scarritt, Chris has held various senior positions at organizations such as the Westin, the Sheraton, and Royal Sonesta. Chris received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Louisiana State University.
Gary Coleman
Gary ColemanExecutive Director Client Fulfillment Services
Gary has been in the service and hospitality industry for the past sixteen years representing hospitality leaders at the prestigious Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. He diversified his career becoming the General Manager for two upscale dining establishments prior to joining Scarritt Group in 2012. Gary is the main point of contact for clients as they initiate requests for proposals. As the liaison between our clients and the rest of the Scarritt Team, Gary works closely with our Directors and Executive Committee to facilitate all meeting specifications.

Gary grew up in a military family while living in Japan, Korea, Germany as well as the United States. Gary’s background and experience brings diversity and adaptability to the Scarritt Team. Gary graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Edson Ribeiro
Edson RibeiroExecutive Director Global Operations
While in Brazil, he worked for a prominent publisher in South America and the Iberian Peninsula. While in the United States, Edson has worked for respected companies such as ACS, a contractor for the United States Government, Department of Defense, NASA, several government agencies with specialization in information technology, customer service and recruitment. Adding to Edson’s background is his experience with Hyatt Regency Tamaya in New Mexico where his focus was Convention Services and Banquets.

He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Edson brings to our team knowledge of world history, geography and cultural understanding. Edson graduated in Business Management/Advertising from Mackenrie University in Sao Paulo-Brazil.While in Brazil, he worked for a prominent publisher in South America and the Iberian Peninsula. Tony Mc Donald
Tony Mc DonaldExecutive Director Global Quality
After a 13 year career with Westin Hotels, managing various food and beverage divisions in 7 hotels internationally, Tony moved to Atlantic City, joining Resorts International Casino, where he was involved in pre-planning of the Trump Taj Mahal Casino. Relocating to Tucson, Tony joined the Sheraton El Conquistador Resort where he held the positions of Director of Banquet Operations and Food & Beverage Director of the El Conquistador Country Club. Tony relocated to Las Vegas as part of the pre-opening team for the Treasure Island Casino Hotel, closely followed by pre-opening planning of Bellagio, and then to The Mirage where Tony held the position of Director Food & Beverage. Following Las Vegas Tony joined Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a Food & Beverage Director,. Tony relocated back to Tucson to join Scarritt Group.
Libby Nicholson
Libby NicholsonExecutive Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement
Libby joined Scarritt Group in 2003, with over 12 years of experience in hospitality and resort management. She held positions in Conference Services/Sales and Revenue Management with Starwood and Omni Hotels and Resorts in California, Texas and Arizona. Libby received her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in Tourism and Commercial Recreation.
Since joining Scarritt Group, Libby has played an integral part in the company, establishing the guidelines and practices for the Strategic Sourcing Department. Libby and her team work as the liaison between our hotel partners and vendors and our clients.

Libby enjoys sharing her knowledge of the industry and Scarritt Group with her colleagues.Libby joined Scarritt Group in 2003, with over 12 years of experience in hospitality and resort management.
